My friends, Hanna and Kayli, and I were discussing angels today. It was one of those times when we just jumped on the topic and ran with it. We discussed spiritual warfare, guardian angels, and angels in disguise. We asked each other questions we clearly don’t have answers to and posed hypothetical situations to think about.
As we were discussing guardian angels, wondering if we each have our own personal angel assigned to us for life, Kayli said, “I bet all our guardian angels are friends!” It makes sense. They must hang out all the time since we do.
And that led me to think…
Maybe we didn’t cause our guardian angels to become friends. Maybe we were brought together because our guardian angels were friends beforehand.
Isn’t that a beautiful thought? I’ve always loved the idea that every person who comes into your life is there for a reason, and it would be incredible if the angels had a hand in that—that maybe we have extra layers of protection by having a group of warrior angels always on the look out, just as we look out for our friends.
And maybe those relationships turn out the best, the ones that are brought together by God’s angels. I guess I’ll never know on this Earth, but it’s fun to imagine, isn’t it? And it makes life a little more colorful.
